Deera is an independent strategic research initiative based in Kuwait City. We publish analytical briefs and commissioned research on institutional architecture, defense innovation, urban strategy, and investment risk.
Deera was founded by Mohammad Al-Wazzan as a project that began at IE University in Madrid. The full editorial framework, methodology, and roadmap are described on the Vision and Research Methods pages.
Each Deera article is published as a full MLA-format research document with citations and a Works Cited page, alongside a web-readable HTML version. All current articles are listed on the Articles page.
